Dude - Grim Reaper made with a new oscillating fan

Gerald - Orange light inside his head, green spot on him

Skerry - Another static monster

Our witch gained a helper this year

She stirred, he added the ingredients (skwalking crow)

They had a pet rat.
Note the red rope lights. We lined the sidewalks with them

Pops - An air driven pop-up monster

Pops Popped!

FCG - It made spooky noises, and went up and down as well as in circles

Even more black light was used this year, the spider web we made (white cotton yarn) glowed wonderfully! The spider (made from artificial christmas tree parts) was lit up with a strobe light (green filtered).

The grim reaper was only a minor player this year, but still got plenty of scares. No motor issues this year, we left the fan blades on to keep it cool.

Skerry & Gerald were both static monsters, just hanging around for the atmosphere.

Our cemetery fence got new whistle finals, and new corner post toppers. The corner skulls were supposed to be sidewalk lights, but we added more wire between each light and they were perfect corner post toppers.

Pops - Pops started out as just a chair with no seat. We extended the original lines of the back with bent PVC, and ended them with small light sockets. We painted eyeballs on small circular lights, put them on a dimmer switch. Pops was originally supposed to be remote controlled, but with 1 hour to go, a transistor blew and we had to hard wire it to a switch.
