We used LOTS of black light this year, and the spider web we made (yarn and kite string) glowed wonderfully! Unfortunately, the spider was mostly overlooked halloween night because of impropper lighting. (live and learn I guess.) The grim reaper was (by far) the most popular addition this year. We had several children who refused to turn their backs on him to walk down the sidewalk. Poor dears walked backward rather than turn around. He had flashing eyes, and for the first half of the night, his head turned from side to side. (motor burned up)
